We cover all customs duties, VAT, and import fees for orders shipped across the EU, the United Kingdom, and Norway.

What you see at checkout is the full amount you pay.

If you ever receive an import payment request from GLS, simply forward it to  info@stromsuitcases and we will handle it for you immediately.

Delivery Timeframes

Denmark, Sweden and Germany
Typically 10 -18 business days 

To keep our prices competitive and reduce unnecessary overproduction, we operate with longer delivery times than traditional retailers. This allows us to focus on quality, sustainability, and offering exceptional value without compromising on the product.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive full tracking details so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

Other international destinations

Delivery times vary by location, but orders usually arrive within 12 - 18 business days.

Please note that remote areas, public holidays, weekends, and peak periods such as Black Friday may occasionally cause slight delays.

Order Processing

Orders placed by 3:30 PM local time on business days are usually processed and dispatched the same day.

Orders placed after 3:30 PM, or on weekends and public holidays, will be dispatched on the next business day.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details.

You can follow your shipment in real time via the carrier’s tracking link.
