Returns
If your suitcase isn't right for any reason, you have 60 days from delivery to return it for a full refund.
Feel free to open and inspect it at home — we simply ask that it hasn't been used for travel and is returned in its original condition and packaging.
Returns are free for all EU customers. For returns from outside the EU, return shipping is handled by the customer, and our team will guide you through every step.
Refunds are issued within 2 business days of receiving and inspecting the suitcase. A 3% handling fee may apply to cover inspection and repacking.

Damaged on Arrival
If your parcel arrives damaged, please photograph the outer box, inner packaging, and the suitcase itself — and send the photos to us within 2 days of delivery.
Do this and we'll send a brand-new replacement straight away, no questions asked.
Lifetime Warranty
Every Strøm suitcase is backed by an unlimited lifetime warranty.
If anything fails due to a fault in materials or craftsmanship, we'll repair or replace it — completely free of charge, with shipping included worldwide, both ways.
What's covered
- Wheels, handles, or zips that stop working
- Telescopic handles that jam or break
- Structural faults from normal use
- Dents or impact damage affecting functionality
- All shipping costs for valid warranty claims
What's not covered
- Cosmetic wear such as scratches or surface marks — aluminium naturally develops a unique patina over time
- Forgotten lock combinations (though we're happy to help you regain access)
- Damage caused by misuse or intentional damage
Airline Damage
Airlines occasionally damage luggage during handling. If this happens, report it directly to the airline at the airport before leaving arrivals — most airlines require an immediate claim.
If the airline refuses your claim, send us their report, proof it was filed in time, and their written denial. We'll step in and help resolve it from there.
